I've specialized in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) since 2010. DEI found me nearly by accident and with it I found a calling. As an advocate, nurturer, and empath, creating a life for myself that allowed me to help others came naturally.

With Equity in Diversity, my goal is not just to help organizations solve their diversity needs, but also to leave behind the tools and education that allows organizations to sustain and scale their diversity programming.
I have a passion for advocacy, talent development, educating others on the importance of investing in DEI, and partnering with leadership to develop custom DEI solutions for their unique business needs.

I've led the development and execution of DEI strategy and partnered closely with HR communities and senior leaders to drive an inclusive culture. I've developed Employee Resource Group (ERG) vision and strategy, managed ERG operations, built and sustained Diversity Councils, and partnered closely with Social Responsibility colleagues to meet shared objectives. I was critically involved in the development of multiple DEI dashboards, executed large-scale programming, global initiatives, as well as localized and niche programming.

I love my large, blended family and proudly reside in Scotch, Plains, New Jersey. We share a love of animals, hiking, roller coasters, football, soccer, good laughs, and looking out for one another.
